The app
Workout Export is provided by inifo, LLC. By using it you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your licence to the app.
Workout Export Pro
Exporting requires Workout Export Pro, an auto-renewing subscription billed yearly through your Apple Account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Prices shown in the app are the prices for your storefront.
Your data
The app reads the Health data you permit and produces files you control. You are responsible for where you send those files. The app does not upload anything on its own; see the privacy policy.
Accuracy
Exports reproduce what Apple Health stores plus values calculated from those samples. Sensor data can be wrong or missing, and calculated values depend on it. The app is not a medical device and its output is not medical advice.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law inifo, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app or its exports.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
